Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and manage a team of employees and leads to ensure seamless operations and high productivity.
  • Conduct daily reports and management of key performance indicators (KPIs) to drive business growth and improvement.
  • Manage time clock and attendance, ensuring accurate and timely reporting.
  • Conduct safety walks and observations, handle injuries, and document incidents.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve associate needs, and attend meetings with management as required.

Requirements:
