Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and motivate a team of quality assurance professionals to ensure the highest standards of quality and safety in production processes.
  • Conduct regular audits and inspections to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
  • Develop and maintain quality control procedures and protocols to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve quality-related issues and implement process improvements.
  • Provide training and coaching to team members to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of quality control activities, including audits, inspections, and corrective actions.
Requirements:
  • Minimum of 2 years' experience in quality assurance, preferably in the food industry.
  • Strong knowledge of quality control principles and practices, including GMP and GLP.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, with a strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks.
  • Computer skills, including experience with quality control software and systems.
