Compensation:
$17 - $19/hr based on experience

Work Schedule:
Monday to Friday: 7:00 a.m. - 3:30 p.m.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Interpret and respond to product specifications and drawings while performing necessary mathematical calculations.
  • Safely utilize shop equipment, including power and hand tools (e.g., chop saws, drill presses, iron workers, punch machines, disc grinders, belt sanders, and hand drills).
  • Conduct inspections of manufactured items to ensure adherence to product specifications and quality control standards.
  • Demonstrate the ability to work independently with minimal supervision while being adaptable to changing priorities and deadlines.
  • Collaborate with shop leads to assess scheduling, raw material, and workforce requirements.
  • Verify the accuracy of work order bills of materials to ensure precise cost accounting and inventory valuation.

Qualifications:
  • Consistent and punctual work attendance.
  • A strong work ethic with a commitment to quality in produced work.
  • Effective verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to stand and walk for shifts lasting 8-10 hours.
  • Capability to lift up to 60 lbs. and engage in frequent bending, pushing, and lifting activities.
