- Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Assurance, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 10 years of experience in information security, with at least 2 years in a leadership or management role.
- Skills: Strong leadership and management skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and a deep understanding of information security principles and practices.
