Cyber Security Manager

As a Manager on the Cyber Strategy and Reporting team, you will play a critical role in developing and executing the company's cyber strategy. You will work closely with senior business leaders to understand business challenges and priorities, and explore strategic solutions to address them. Your expertise in cyber security and risk management will be essential in helping the team identify and evaluate potential strategic options, and develop recommendations grounded in data and a deep understanding of risk.
You will be responsible for overseeing the development and administration of core functions within the Cyber Strategy and Reporting team, including the development of new reports, strategies, and talking points that effectively convey the state of cyber risk. You will also work with subject matter experts across the enterprise to understand problems, and help drive and execute an agenda in an uncertain and fluid environment.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Developing and executing the company's cyber strategy
- Working with senior business leaders to understand business challenges and priorities
- Identifying and evaluating potential strategic options
- Developing recommendations grounded in data and a deep understanding of risk
- Overseeing the development and administration of core functions within the Cyber Strategy and Reporting team
- Working with subject matter experts across the enterprise to understand problems
Requirements:
- High School Diploma, GED or equivalent certification
- At least 4 years of experience in Project or Program Management, Consulting, Strategy or a combination
- At least 4 years of experience in communications planning and development
- At least 4 years of experience in information technology or cybersecurity
- At least 2 years experience communicating and presenting to senior management
- At least 1 year of experience with data analysis or data reporting
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree
- 5+ years of cyber strategy or strategy consulting experience
- 5+ years of experience working in the fields of information security, cyber engineering or technology
- 2+ years of experience working in the financial services industry
- 1+ year of experience with cyber risk frameworks or information security risk frameworks
- Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP), Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA), or Certified Information Security Manager (CISM)
