We are in search of skilled Bartenders who can deliver outstanding service to our members and their guests. The ideal candidate will possess a wealth of experience in the art of craft cocktail creation and a deep understanding of spirits, particularly bourbon.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet members and their guests warmly upon their arrival.
• Craft cocktails utilizing proper techniques to ensure consistency and quality.
• Maintain comprehensive knowledge of our beverage offerings and cocktail formulations.
• Anticipate and assess guests' needs, providing tailored recommendations.
• Uphold confidentiality and professionalism at all times.
• Accurately process transactions using the POS system.
• Support and encourage fellow team members, offering assistance proactively.
• Complete opening and closing tasks, ensuring the bar is organized, stocked, and clean.

Qualifications

• Experience in high-volume and upscale bartending is essential.
• Prior experience in a fresh bar environment is preferred.
• In-depth knowledge of spirits, wine, and beer, with a focus on mixology.
• Proven ability to provide exceptional guest service.
• Positive demeanor and strong communication skills.
• Ability to work with a sense of urgency while maintaining attention to detail.
• Must meet the physical demands of the role, including standing and walking at a brisk pace.
• Capable of lifting and carrying items weighing up to 35 lbs.
