We seek skilled Bartenders who can deliver outstanding service to our members and their guests. The ideal candidate will possess a wealth of experience in crafting cocktails and have a deep understanding of spirits, particularly bourbon.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet members and their guests warmly upon entry.
• Craft cocktails with precision to ensure consistent quality.
• Maintain an in-depth understanding of our beverage offerings and cocktail formulations.
• Anticipate and respond to guests' needs, providing tailored recommendations.
• Uphold confidentiality and professionalism at all times.
• Accurately process transactions using the POS system.
• Support and uplift fellow team members proactively.
• Complete bar opening and closing tasks, ensuring cleanliness and organization.

Qualifications

• Experience in high-volume and upscale bartending is essential.
• Prior experience in a fresh bar environment is preferred.
• Comprehensive knowledge of spirits, wine, and beer, with a focus on mixology.
• Proven track record of delivering exceptional guest experiences.
• Positive demeanor and strong communication abilities.
• Ability to work efficiently while paying close attention to detail.
• Must meet the physical demands of the role, including standing and walking at a brisk pace.
• Capability to lift and carry items weighing up to 35 lbs.
