Key Responsibilities

- Ensure the accuracy of all shelf tags for product items, replacing and updating as needed.

- Implement daily price changes in the system.

- Manage timely promotions, ensuring that sale items are correctly tagged and information is communicated with department leaders.

- Notify Support Staff and Store Management of any discrepancies or errors in scanning.

- Assist customers with their needs, requests, and special orders.

- Address customer feedback and concerns.

- Prepare and submit all necessary documentation and reports.

- Contribute to maintaining store cleanliness through tasks such as mopping and sweeping.

- Perform other assigned duties as required.

Qualifications

- High school diploma or equivalent required.

- Preferred 1-2 years of experience in grocery retail, particularly in Store Support functions.

- Previous experience in the natural foods sector is advantageous.
