  • Coordinate Traffic Flow: Monitor and manage the flow of traffic in and out of our parking facilities to ensure a smooth and efficient experience for our guests.
  • Communicate Effectively: Clearly and effectively communicate with guests, team members, and management to ensure that all needs are met and expectations are exceeded.
  • Provide Excellent Guest Services: Interact with guests in a friendly and professional manner, providing assistance with loading and unloading vehicles, collecting and securing guest keys, and responding to customer inquiries.
  • Operate Vehicles Safely: Safely operate and park vehicles, obeying all traffic laws, facility policies, and applicable pedestrian regulations.
  • Maintain a Clean and Safe Environment: Keep the work area clean and free of debris, and report any safety concerns or issues to management.
  • Manage Cash and Credit Transactions: Accurately receive and process cash and credit transactions, and reconcile daily revenue.
  • Work in a Team Environment: Collaborate with team members to ensure that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively, and that customer needs are met.

Requirements:

  • Age Requirement: Must be at least 21 years of age.
  • Driver's License: Must possess a valid driver's license.
  • Transmission Experience: Must be able to operate both standard and automatic transmissions.
