Key Responsibilities
  • Lead shifts and ensure that customers receive excellent service
  • Monitor performance and take action to ensure that the team is meeting McDonald's standards
  • Manage inventory, safety, security, and profitability
  • Communicate with the next Shift Manager to ensure a smooth transition
  • Meet targets and help departments meet their goals
Requirements

We are looking for a positive team player with a flexible schedule who can work in a fast-paced environment. Previous leadership experience is preferred, ideally within a restaurant, retail, or hospitality environment.
