Job Description

Lellyett & Rogers is seeking a skilled professional to manage the flow of information for healthcare facility construction projects. Our team works closely with Architects, Engineers, Contractors, and facility teams to collect and distribute project documentation.

The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication abilities. They will be responsible for communicating with industry professionals, auditing closeouts, and maintaining closeout tracking spreadsheets.

The successful candidate will also be responsible for preparing documents, performing quality assurance, and ensuring that all necessary attributes are filled in for project document uploads. They will distribute digital information among project teams and educate portal users on navigating their digital information.

Lellyett & Rogers has been doing business for nearly a century and consists of two main divisions: Facility Information Services (FIS) and Commercial. Our FIS Division focuses on Document Management to help optimize facility operations and construction processes.
