Responsibilities:
May oversee the workload within the department and/or serve as the department lead.

Maintain, configure for orders, check-in, and repair the company's equipment assets in the warehouse.

This includes executing the configuration (preparation), repair, and return of equipment within the designated area of responsibility, adhering to the timelines and specifications set by management.


Accurately scan equipment barcodes and input quantity count data into TEAM during check-out or check-in tasks, ensuring the accuracy and completeness of the data entered.

Ensure that the quality of all equipment prepared in the assigned area meets or exceeds the performance standards established by company guidelines.

Complete necessary company documentation as required.

Restock equipment correctly according to the standards established by the depot.

Participate in the loading and unloading of equipment from delivery vehicles.


Engage in the setup, operation, and breakdown of client events, including but not limited to corporate functions, trade shows, exhibitions, concerts, theatrical performances, etc.

Ability to perform all levels of work from level II.

Undertake related tasks as required.

Qualifications:
A minimum of five years of experience in one of the following areas: lighting, video, rigging, and/or logistics.

High School Diploma or its equivalent.


Training from a technical school, trade show, or post-high school education in a relevant field may be considered in lieu of the experience requirement above.

Strong customer service skills with the ability to self-manage.

Excellent knowledge of the technical principles of operation and maintenance of the electronic equipment assigned.

Thorough understanding of workplace safety principles and practices.

Comprehensive understanding of equipment within the department, as well as how it integrates with the overall production.

Proven ability to quickly identify and troubleshoot issues.

Proficient or working knowledge of common computer productivity tools, such as Microsoft Office; ability to learn and utilize PRG proprietary software.

Solid understanding of safe motor vehicle operation and current licensing appropriate to the vehicles operated (clean driving record required).

Customer service orientation; professionalism and tact.

Physical condition suitable for the demands of the position; must be able to lift and carry 50 lbs.
