**Job Title:** Highway Design Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Highway Design Specialist to join our team at BETA Group Inc. As a key member of our engineering department, you will be responsible for designing and developing transportation infrastructure projects from concept to completion.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in civil engineering with experience in highway design, construction, and project management. You will work closely with our team of experts to ensure that all projects meet the highest standards of quality, safety, and efficiency.

We offer a competitive salary range of $65,000 - $85,000 per year, depending on experience, as well as excellent benefits and opportunities for professional growth and development.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop transportation infrastructure projects using industry-leading software and tools.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project execution.
  • Analyze and interpret data to inform design decisions and optimize project outcomes.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, stakeholders, and project team members to ensure clear understanding of project requirements and progress.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in highway design, construction, and project management.
  • Strong knowledge of industry-standard software and tools, including AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and Microsoft Office.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Able to lift/move objects weighing up to 40 pounds and perform fieldwork in various weather conditions.
