Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Home Health and Hospice Sales Professional to join our team. As a Sales Professional, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with referral partners, identifying new business opportunities, and promoting our services to the healthcare community.

Key Responsibilities
  • Making calls to physicians, hospitals, and skilled nursing facilities to position AdvisaCare for referrals
  • Building and maintaining client relationships through regular communication and follow-up
  • Preparing business plans and maintaining target lists to ensure effective service delivery
  • Traveling within assigned territory to meet with referral partners and attend sales meetings
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business, or a health-related science
  • Track record of sales success in the healthcare industry
  • Strong work ethic, initiative, and ability to work independently and as a team
  • Minimum of two years healthcare sales experience
  • Knowledge of physician, hospital, case management, and discharge planning service needs
  • Ability to effectively communicate with all levels of the healthcare delivery team
  • Excellent organizational, interpersonal, presentation, and communication skills
