About the Role:
- Provide personal care services to patients/clients in their homes, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Assist with daily living activities such as meal preparation, medication management, and mobility assistance
- Observe patients/clients and report any changes or concerns to healthcare professionals
- Document patient/client progress and maintain accurate records
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's degree or higher preferred
- 1-2 years of experience in caregiving or a related field
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license (if applicable)
