What You'll Do
  • Provide care that addresses the physical and psychological needs of members served, consistent with recovery-centered care principles.
  • Work collaboratively with our team to ensure seamless care delivery.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with members served, their families, and other stakeholders.
What You'll Bring
  • A high school diploma or equivalent.
  • Demonstrated sensitivity to behavioral health issues and multicultural populations.
