About The Position:
This role is integral to our expanding organization at the Phoenix, AZ headquarters, focusing on supporting the company's worldwide treasury functions, including liquidity management, foreign exchange operations, cash forecasting/planning, lender compliance documentation, and all banking and treasury activities. The position will collaborate across various business units to provide essential treasury, financial, and accounting support.
Main Responsibilities:
- Management and forecasting of cash flow
- Tracking and documentation of bank compliance
- Handling international banking transactions and reconciliations
- Currency hedging for international accounts receivable/payable
- Monitoring and managing foreign exchange activities and rates
- Conducting general banking transactions and their recording
- Executing monthly closing transactions
- Performing account reconciliations
- Providing audit support
- Engaging in project accounting
- Addressing additional requirements of the Finance Team as needed
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in corporate treasury and general accounting
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
- CPA and/or advanced degree is preferred
- Familiarity with medium to large ERP systems (SAP B1 is highly preferred)
- Proficient in advanced Excel, including updating reports and models, and summarizing large datasets using pivot tables, sum/subtotal functions, and VLOOKUPs
- Ability to work independently and adapt to changing priorities
- Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential
- High level of professionalism and business ethics
- Spanish language skills are a plus
