Job Summary:

Midwest Shooting Center is seeking a highly skilled Sales Manager to lead our sales team and drive business growth. As a Sales Director, you will be responsible for managing the lead pipeline, setting sales appointments daily via personable phone call/text outreach, touring potential members through the facility as part of the sales process, managing the membership life cycle from inception, managing account attrition and delinquencies, scheduling prospect appointments, converting prospects to members, managing membership accounts, and maintaining a positive membership culture.

We offer a competitive salary of $55,000 per year, commission pay included, as well as a range of benefits including free membership, free range time, free semi-private training, discounts on retail products, dealer discounts, medical, dental, vision available, fast-paced growth, 401k match, group life, weekly and monthly employee incentive programs, and an employee development program.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the lead pipeline and convert leads into sales
  • Set sales appointments daily via personable phone call/text outreach
  • Tour potential members through the facility as part of the sales process
  • Manage the membership life cycle from inception to renewal
  • Manage account attrition and delinquencies
  • Schedule prospect appointments and follow up with leads
  • Convert prospects to members and manage membership accounts
  • Maintain a positive membership culture and promote customer satisfaction

Requirements:

  • At least (2) years of successful sales management experience
  • High School Diploma or equivalent; College Degree a plus
  • Strong leadership qualities, excellent communication skills, highly organized, strong work ethic, good interpersonal skills, meticulous attention to detail, computer competencies, and entrepreneurial spirit
