Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Guest Service Representative to join our team at LBA Hospitality. As a key member of our front office team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional guest service, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide personalized guest service, responding to guest requests and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Manage front office operations, including check-in, check-out, and room assignments.
  • Promote hotel services and amenities, including room upgrades and special packages.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with guests, encouraging repeat business and loyalty.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless guest service, including housekeeping, food and beverage, and maintenance.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in hospitality or related field preferred.
  • Previous experience in customer service or hospitality industry highly desirable.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Basic computer skills, including proficiency in property management systems.
Working Conditions

This role requires standing for long periods, walking, and lifting up to 30 pounds. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with frequent interruptions and changing priorities.
