**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Establish a Culture of Safety: Foster a proactive and safety-centric team environment.
  • Ensure Compliance: Verify adherence to Department of Transportation (DOT) regulations and manuals.
  • Prevent Accidents: Proactively identify and mitigate potential safety risks.
  • Drive Continuous Improvement: Develop and implement strategies to enhance safety and efficiency.
  • Operate and Maintain Facilities: Ensure the Roxana RNG Plant operates in compliance with permits and regulations.
  • Develop Maintenance Plans: Create and maintain proactive equipment maintenance schedules.
  • Collaborate with Team Members: Work closely with the Plant Manager and team to achieve production goals.
  • Identify Upgrades: Recommend upgrades to enhance safety and reliability.
  • Manage Plant Issues: Effectively respond to and resolve plant-related issues.
  • Support Budgeting and Cost Management: Assist the Plant Manager in budgeting and cost management.
  • Manage Inventory and Supplies: Handle material orders, schedule deliveries, and approve invoices.

**Requirements:**

  • Education: High School graduate or equivalent.
  • Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in operation and maintenance in an industrial setting.

**Preferred Qualifications:**

  • Renewable Energy Experience: Minimum of 2 years' experience in Renewable Natural Gas or Natural Gas Pipeline Operations and Maintenance.
  • Formal Training: Formal technical training preferred.
  • Education: Bachelor of Science degree in engineering or technical discipline a plus.
  • Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
  • Leadership Skills: Demonstrated organizational and leadership abilities.
