We are seeking a highly skilled Contract Management Specialist to join our team at Kyyba. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for managing contracts and agreements with vendors and partners.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to draft, redline, and execute contracts and agreements.
- Manage the contract lifecycle, including negotiation, signature, and implementation.
- Ensure compliance with corporate and divisional policies and guidelines.
- Monitor budgets and support forecasting of future business needs.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree required. Legal/Paralegal experience is preferred.
- Minimum of 3 years of contract management experience with at least 2 years on the client side. Healthcare and/or pharmaceutical industry preferred.
- Strong experience in contract management and financial acumen.
- Highly proficient in word and excel.
- Excellent organizational, planning, and project management skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
