Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure the breakfast buffet is fully stocked and ready for service each morning
  • Serve food and beverages to guests in the dining area, replenishing as necessary
  • Maintain cleanliness in the breakfast area, including tables, chairs, and buffet stations
  • Promptly clear used dishes and utensils from tables during service
  • Address guest inquiries and requests in a courteous and efficient manner
  • Adhere to health and safety standards while cleaning and sanitizing service areas

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent GED is required
  • Previous experience in food service is preferred
  • Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction
  • Excellent time management and organizational abilities
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills for interacting with guests and team members
  • Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds occasionally and 20 pounds frequently
  • Must be able to stand for the duration of the shift
  • Availability to work weekends and holidays is essential
