Position Summary

This role involves overseeing the daily functions and administrative support activities of a team that delivers services to both staff and the community within a health-focused environment. Responsibilities include managing operational support for departmental service lines, ensuring adherence to compliance and quality standards, overseeing health center site management, and handling clinic financial systems. Additionally, this position offers technical support to other sites that provide patient care services.

Required Qualifications

Candidates must possess an Associate degree and have a minimum of three (3) years of relevant administrative experience in a business or governmental context, including at least one (1) year in a supervisory capacity, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in medical billing, a background in public health, and proficiency in the Spanish language are highly desirable.

Additional Requirements

A criminal background check and fingerprinting are mandatory. Depending on the assigned program area, a credit and/or DMV check may also be necessary. For DMV checks, a valid driver's license and a clean driving record are required, with driving records subject to annual review for ongoing qualification.
