Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and manage a team of homecare caregivers, providing guidance and support to ensure excellent patient care.
  • Develop and implement clinical policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Conduct regular site visits to patients' homes to assess the quality of care and provide feedback to caregivers.
  • Collaborate with the office clinical leader to develop and implement education and training programs for caregivers.
  • Ensure that caregivers have the necessary skills and competencies to provide high-quality patient care.
  • Manage and resolve any clinical issues or concerns that may arise.

Requirements:

  • Active RN license required (states in which office and patients are located).
  • Minimum one year experience as a Registered Nurse preferred.
  • Supervisory experience preferred.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office and computer literacy is required.
  • Proficiency in the English language is required.

Compensation and Benefits:

Competitive salary range of $65,000 - $75,000 per year, plus annual bonus potential of $3,500, paid out quarterly.
