Sales Tour Guide

About the Role
As a Sales Tour Guide, you'll be responsible for driving company success by presenting our products and concepts to clients while touring property locations. You'll need to be confident, charismatic, and able to build strong relationships with our customers. Key Responsibilities
• Present products and concepts to clients during property tours
• Provide accurate information about our HGV Max product
• Participate in department meetings to stay up-to-date on company news and updates
• Complete daily education and study hours to advance your real estate knowledge
• Attend weekly group livestream review sessions and individual progress meetings to prepare for the real estate exam
• Promote a positive work environment and adhere to our company's core values and policies

Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you'll need to possess the following minimum qualifications and experience:
• 1+ year of proven sales experience
• Experience in travel, tourism, hospitality, or customer service-related fields
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team to meet performance metrics
• Ability to resolve complex customer service issues and adapt to changes in a fast-paced environment
• Obtain a Real Estate license within 6 months of hire date
• Work a flexible schedule including weekends and some holidays
• High school diploma or equivalent
