About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Patient Intake Coordinator to join our team at Serenity Healthcare in Fort Worth, TX. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional patient care and supporting our providers in delivering life-changing treatments.

As a Patient Intake Coordinator, your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Gathering and reviewing patient information to ensure accurate documentation

  • Communicating effectively with healthcare providers to coordinate patient care

  • Educating patients on treatment options and answering questions in a clear and concise manner

Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of $45,000 - $65,000 per year, depending on experience. Additionally, we provide a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance (Serenity covers 90% of your insurance premium), employee referral program, PTO, and 10 paid holidays off.

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

  • Previous experience working with computer-based information systems

  • The ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment and maintain resilience in difficult situations
