**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Deliver constructive feedback to students, fostering a climate that encourages active participation and meaningful learning experiences.
  • Maintain accurate and efficient record-keeping procedures to ensure seamless communication and collaboration with colleagues.
  • Establish a supportive environment that promotes student engagement and motivation.
  • Communicate effectively with students, parents, and colleagues through regular oral and written interactions.
  • Collaborate with peers to enhance the overall quality of feedback and support.
  • Model professional and ethical standards in all interactions with students, parents, colleagues, and the community.
  • Assume responsibility for meeting grading assignments and deadlines as set forth by the Instructional Leader.
  • Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of the curriculum and school-wide student performance goals.
  • Provide in-person support services at the assigned facility to meet the needs of students.
  • Assist as an instructional facilitator or substitute at the discretion of the Instructional Leader.
  • Meet professional obligations through efficient work habits, including meeting deadlines, honoring schedules, and coordinating resources and meetings in a timely manner.
  • All work responsibilities are subject to having performance goals and/or targets established.

**Requirements:**

  • Minimum one year (12 months) of experience as a Teacher Assistant.
  • A valid and current CPR card (American Heart Association).
