About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and passionate Beauty Lead Advisor to join our team at Kohl's. As a key member of our sales floor team, you will be responsible for driving sales through exceptional customer service and product knowledge.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide guidance and support to the Beauty Team to ensure exceptional customer service and sales performance.
  • Communicate effectively with the Store Manager and Beauty Advisors to ensure seamless execution of sales plans and visual merchandising standards.
  • Build strong relationships with clients to drive sales and increase customer loyalty.
  • Stay up-to-date on the latest beauty trends and products to provide expert knowledge and recommendations to clients.
  • Ensure timely and consistent sales floor replenishment to drive sales and enhance the customer experience.
  • Actively engage in and complete all required training to expand knowledge and skills.
  • Support omni-processing within the department and maintain adherence to company safety policies.
Requirements:
  • 3 years of client-facing retail or service industry experience.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to influence in a clear and concise manner.
  • Availability to work days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
