Job Description

Hobart Service is seeking a highly skilled Logistics Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for dispatching service requests, scheduling appointments, and ensuring seamless communication between customers and our service technicians.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer service requests and log all pertinent information in our system.
  • Schedule service calls and provide necessary information to our technicians.
  • Follow up on completed service calls to ensure customer satisfaction and promote service contracts.
  • Maintain accurate records and files, including equipment maintenance and inspection histories.
  • Perform various administrative tasks, including shipping and receiving, phone answering, and data entry.
  • Train and assist other team members as needed.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in business or related field preferred.
  • At least one year of experience in a similar role with high volume dispatching experience.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office products, including Excel, Word, and Outlook.
