Salary: $92,500 - $126,000 per yearThis role offers a competitive salary range of $92,500 - $126,000 per year, depending on experience and licensure. Job DescriptionThe successful candidate will be responsible for providing speech and language services within a transdisciplinary model, using creative and student-centered treatment approaches tailored to individual needs. Key responsibilities include:
- Delivering individualized speech and language services
- Conducting comprehensive evaluations and re-evaluations of speech and language skills
- Collaborating with clinicians, educators, and student life teams to integrate communication skills across all areas of a student's day
- Communicating proactively with students, families, and caregivers regarding progress and development
To be considered for this role, candidates must possess:
- A Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution
- New York State SLP license in good standing and TSSLD certification
- Minimum of 3 years relevant experience in a school setting, preferably working with developmental disabilities or autism
- Knowledge of augmentative and alternative communication systems (AAC) preferred
