We are in search of a seasoned Mainframe Solutions Architect with extensive expertise in COBOL, DB2, and z/OS. In this role, you will be responsible for designing and architecting mainframe systems that are essential to our operations, ensuring optimal performance, reliability, and security.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and architect robust mainframe systems.
  • Utilize technical skills approximately 80% of the time while overseeing management tasks about 20% of the time.
  • Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams in a remote environment.

Qualifications
  • Must possess a comprehensive understanding of z/OS internals.
  • Proficient in OMVS.
  • Expertise in COBOL, DB2, and z/OS is essential.
  • Experience with CICS is highly desirable.
  • Previous management experience is beneficial.
