About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Construction Engineer to join our team at Stellar Innovations. As a key member of our product development team, you will be responsible for the constructive development of assemblies in the seating area from the concept phase to series production.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and Development: Design and support of components/component groups, ensuring material and tool-appropriate solutions.
  • Variant Development: Identify, conceptualize, and develop variants, derivatives, and country-specific implementation options.
  • Presentation and Communication: Present development results within project and design reviews, effectively communicating with cross-functional teams.
Requirements
  • Education: Completed degree or technical training in vehicle engineering, aerospace, or similar fields.
  • Technical Skills: Good knowledge of common CAD software, preferably CATIA or Siemens NX.
  • Industry Experience: Experience in seat development in the automotive sector for system suppliers and OEMs or in the aerospace industry.
  • Language Skills: Fluent in German and good knowledge of English.
