  • Build Robust Architectures: Design and oversee structured, scalable technology architectures that support our growth and enhance our product offerings.
  • Pioneer New Solutions: Identify and lead the development of innovative solutions that address emerging market needs and enhance our competitive edge.
  • Collaborate for Impact: Work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver complete solutions that meet and exceed client expectations.
  • Master the Dynamic Landscape: Manage multiple high-impact initiatives simultaneously in a fast-paced, structured environment.
Requirements
  • 15+ years of demonstrated leadership in technology development and strategy.
  • Expertise in designing and implementing scalable technology architectures.
  • Proven track record of driving innovation and managing high-performing engineering teams.
  • Deep level of knowledge of the Software Development Life Cycle, including SaaS, B2B & B2C, experience in a Microsoft Full-Stack framework with an Agile Scrum methodology, and an Azure & AWS cloud environment.
  • Experience with one or more of the following: digital marketing/automation systems, social media marketing, CRM and lead management technology, machine learning, natural language processing, and/or big data/BI solutions that power outcomes.
