Job Summary:

Ted's Bulletin is seeking a skilled Server Representative to join our team at our newest location. As a key member of our service staff, you will be responsible for providing exceptional hospitality experiences to our guests.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build rapport with guests and drive sales through effective communication and service skills
  • Provide a high level of customer satisfaction by ensuring prompt and attentive service
  • Work collaboratively with the kitchen and other service staff to ensure seamless service delivery
  • Manage cash and credit transactions accurately and efficiently
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to health and safety standards

Requirements:

  • At least 6 months' experience in a high-volume, upscale casual dining or equivalent service environment
  • Previous server experience is an asset
  • Ability to stand and walk for up to 10 hours per day, and lift and carry up to 40 pounds
  • Ability to work calmly and effectively under pressure
  • Ability to accurately perform basic mathematical calculations
  • Ability to work flexible shifts and schedules, inclusive of weekends and holidays
  • Ability to be certified in responsible alcohol service (as required by state or local law)
  • High energy and stamina, and ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members
  • High school diploma (or equivalent)
