Job Summary

Telecare Corporation is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) to join our team as a Mental Health Specialist. In this role, you will provide recovery-focused services to individuals with mental health needs, working collaboratively with our multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality care.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide safe and effective administration of medical treatment, including medications, as prescribed by the physician.
  • Implement direct care in accordance with established policies, procedures, and standards of care.
  • Collaborate with the treatment team to develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
  • Provide education and support to clients and their families on mental health conditions, treatment options, and recovery strategies.
  • Participate in ongoing quality improvement initiatives to enhance the quality of care and services provided.
Requirements
  • Graduation from an accredited Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) program and current licensure.
  • Valid and current driver's license, and personal vehicle insurance with your name listed as a driver.
  • Willingness to use your personal vehicle to drive clients to appointments and groups.
