  • Recruitment and Hiring: Assist in the recruitment and hiring process for nursing positions, ensuring the best candidates are selected for our team.
  • Staff Development and Education: Develop and implement education programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of nursing staff, promoting excellence in patient care.
  • Clinical Coordination: Collaborate with the Patient Care Manager to coordinate patient care activities, ensuring seamless delivery of services.

Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in nursing or Associate's degree in nursing with related Bachelor's degree or active enrollment in a BSN/BAN program.
  • Experience: 3-7 years of inpatient hospital nursing experience.
  • Licenses/Certifications: Licensed Registered Nurse - MN Board of Nursing required, BLS Tier 1 - Basic Life Support - Multisource required, ACLS required for identified units per hiring manager.

Physical Demands:

Medium Work: Lifting weight up to 32 lbs. occasionally, up to 25 lbs. frequently.
