Position Summary:
We are currently seeking a seasoned System Engineer IV to contribute to our upcoming program. This role requires a strategic mindset and a dedication to innovation.

Qualifications:
- Master's Degree
- 15+ years of relevant experience
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the System Engineer for designated PEO Soldier programs, executing the following tasks:
- Oversee systems engineering initiatives including requirements analysis, functional analysis, solution design, systems analysis and control, and the creation and upkeep of systems architecture documentation.
- Utilize systems engineering principles to convert defined needs into system performance metrics and identify system configurations.
- Develop and distribute systems engineering documentation, processes, procedures, and timelines.
- Possess comprehensive knowledge of the Systems Engineering Management Process and its application to the Department of Army/DOD Acquisition process across all life cycle stages.
- Provide expert guidance on critical programs and technologies.
- Serve as the subject matter expert for all technical dimensions of the assigned program.
- Conduct high-level design, development, integration, testing, installation, and troubleshooting.
- Translate military operational requirements into actionable system concepts and performance specifications.
- Create and maintain technical documentation including specifications, engineering drawings, system interface requirements, and engineering modifications.
- Engage in post-award program reviews, design evaluations, and Integrated Product Teams (IPTs) as the project engineer or technical authority.
- Assess design efforts to ensure cohesive integration of engineering disciplines and the adequacy of analyses performed.
- Review test plans, procedures, and reports for technical soundness for both government and contractor evaluations.
- Evaluate system performance against specifications, monitor field performance, and assess risks related to user and specification requirements.
- Initiate engineering change proposals and conduct configuration audits as necessary.
