Job Title: Senior Systems Engineer

CEdge Inc has an exciting opportunity for a Senior Systems Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our engineering team, you will be responsible for designing and developing complex systems that meet the needs of our clients.

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Systems Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in systems engineering, with a focus on geospatial intelligence. You will be responsible for leading the design and development of complex systems, working closely with our clients to understand their needs and requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the design and development of complex systems, including requirements engineering, solutions engineering, and integration.
  • Work closely with clients to understand their needs and requirements, and develop solutions that meet their needs.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that systems are designed and developed to meet the needs of our clients.
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation, including system design documents, technical specifications, and test plans.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest technologies and trends in systems engineering, and apply this knowledge to improve our systems and processes.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Systems Engineering or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in systems engineering, with a focus on geospatial intelligence.
  • Strong background in systems engineering, including requirements engineering, solutions engineering, and integration.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with multiple priorities and deadlines.
Desired Qualifications:
  • Master's degree in Systems Engineering or a related field.
  • INCOSE Associate Systems Engineering Professional (ASEP) certification.
  • Experience with Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) and Software Development Frameworks.
  • Membership in professional organizations, such as the International Council on Systems Engineering (INCOSE) or the United States Geospatial Intelligence Foundation (USGIF).
