Key Responsibilities
  • Monitor patient vital signs, including heart rate, breathing rate, blood pressure, and oxygen levels.
  • Administer medications and provide emotional support to patients and their families.
  • Work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement effective patient care plans.
  • Prioritize tasks effectively and manage time efficiently to meet deadlines.
Requirements
  • Critical care experience as an LPN/LVN.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
  • Current CO LPN or multi-state compact license.
  • IV certification.
  • BLS certification through the American Heart Association.
