We are seeking a highly skilled Critical Care Respiratory Specialist to join our team at UCHealth. In this role, you will have the opportunity to work in a technologically complex clinical setting, managing ventilator integration and providing adaptive pulmonary support and airway management throughout multiple levels of care.

Job Summary

The Critical Care Respiratory Specialist will be responsible for providing top-of-scope practice in direct patient care environments, utilizing respiratory therapy protocols and best practices to promote optimized care. This includes prioritizing wellness, patient perspective, and evidence-based practice, while also modeling proficiency through precepting new healthcare professionals.

In addition to these responsibilities, the successful candidate will contribute to secure safety and quality at the point of care, welcome new knowledge in a fast-paced, innovative clinical environment, and partner effectively with multidisciplinary teams to achieve exceptional care outcomes.
