Soliant Health is seeking a dedicated Speech Language Pathologist Assistant to provide services for school-age students in a dynamic school setting.
Key Responsibilities- Provide speech therapy services to students in grades K-12
- Collaborate with speech-language pathologists to develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Conduct assessments and evaluations to identify students' communication needs
- Develop and implement AAC (Augmentative and Alternative Communication) strategies to support students with complex communication needs
- Minimum 1+ years of experience in speech therapy
- Active or pending state SLPA license
- Previous school experience and IEP/AAC exposure is preferred but not required
- Guaranteed hours for direct and indirect services
