Position Title: OUTSIDE LEAD


SUMMARY: At Cliffs Club Services, LLC, we strive to provide an exceptional lifestyle experience for our Members and their Guests, embodying our commitment to excellence through meticulous attention to detail, outstanding relational service, and a focus on continuous enhancement.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Deliver exemplary relational service to all Members and Guests.
  • Oversee the outdoor operations team and provide training for all outside cart personnel.
  • Engage in the onboarding and certification process for new team members.
  • Manage the workflow of outdoor operations, including valet services as required.
  • Ensure adherence to the preventative maintenance schedule, oversee the detailing of the golf cart fleet, and liaise with our authorized dealer for necessary repairs.
  • Maintain golf bag storage facilities.
  • Supervise and facilitate outdoor operations during golf tournaments.
  • Ensure the practice facility and its equipment are well-maintained.
  • Keep an adequate inventory of parts and tools to support a robust cart repair and maintenance program.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization in cart storage and surrounding areas.
  • Prepare carts in the designated staging area to be ready for players upon arrival.
  • Detail staged carts each morning as required.
  • Supervise staff to ensure they are attentive and prepared to assist Members and Guests at the bag drop area.
  • Assist in removing golf bags from vehicles or storage and loading them onto carts.
  • Set up the practice facility and short game areas in accordance with club guidelines.
  • Wash range balls and towels on a daily basis.
  • Return bags from carts to either the Member/Guest's vehicle or storage area.
  • Ensure carts are returned to storage, removing towels, pencils, scorecards, tees, trash, and reusing appropriate items.
  • Wash and detail carts before parking them for overnight charging.
  • Properly connect carts for overnight charging.
  • Execute all responsibilities in alignment with The Cliffs Standards.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Exceptional communication and relational service skills.
  • Knowledge of golf and familiarity with the game is essential.
  • Professional appearance and strong customer service and interpersonal skills are required.
