Position Overview:

We are seeking enthusiastic and customer-oriented Restaurant Servers to enhance our team at Alder, located within Dossier Hotel. As a Server, you will be the face of our dining establishment, responsible for ensuring exceptional customer experiences. Your duties will include maintaining cleanliness at tables, presenting menus, and serving food and beverages. The ideal candidate will possess a quick-thinking nature and an engaging demeanor.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Prepare the restaurant for service before shifts commence.
  • Welcome guests as they arrive or navigate through the restaurant.
  • Assist guests in their culinary journey by effectively describing menu items.
  • Accurately take orders, confirming any special requests.
  • Master the menu details to enhance guest interactions.
  • Collaborate with fellow servers and kitchen/bar staff.
  • Address guest concerns to ensure satisfaction and resolution.
  • Conclude the dining experience with timely and precise bill presentation.
  • Bartending experience is a plus.
