Responsibilities- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care for patients in the Cardiac ICU
- Utilize the nursing process to care for patients, considering their age, cultural, and psychosocial factors
- Document steps of the nursing process and utilize proper medical terminology
- Collaborate with other disciplines as appropriate to ensure comprehensive patient care
- Support unit and hospital goals through participation in performance improvement and educational activities
- Valid multi-state or State of Oklahoma Registered Nurse License
- 0-6 months related experience
- Working knowledge of general disease state management processes, bio-psychosocial model, and clinical pathways
- Effective interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills
- Ability to organize and prioritize work in an effective and efficient manner
You will work directly with patients and other healthcare professionals, as well as with internal and external customers. This role requires strong communication and collaboration skills to ensure seamless patient care.
