We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Corporate Event Sales Manager to join our team at Trippas White Group. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for maintaining the high standards of our iconic garden locations, Botanic House and Terrace on the Domain.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Maximise the potential of existing accounts and actively source new business within the corporate marketplace.
- Conduct site inspections in a professional manner and manage corporate event enquiries.
- Prepare proposals and contracts, and ultimately convert sales.
- Develop, execute, and review a progressive business development plan to achieve sales targets.
- Attend and actively participate in sales team meetings.
- Possess strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent client management and relationship development skills.
- High-level industry knowledge and understanding of market trends and competitors.
- Be self-motivated with strong organisational and time management skills.
**Requirements:**
- 4+ years previous experience in the hospitality or events industries.
- Strong financial understanding of sales reporting, budgets, and forecasting.
- Proven success in meeting sales targets in new and existing business.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
**What We Offer:**
A 12-month maternity leave contract, starting early January 2022, with the opportunity to work with a leading hospitality company in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
