Job Summary
The Admissions Program Manager plays a critical role in ensuring the efficient and effective management of crisis observation programs, providing Title 36 services to those in need. This position oversees the petitioning process, monitoring completeness and timeliness, collaborating with law enforcement to complete petitions, and serving as a liaison with internal and external providers and community agencies. Additionally, the Admissions Program Manager is responsible for tracking petitions, capturing necessary information, and generating reports to optimize system performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the petitioning process to ensure timely and accurate completion
- Collaborate with law enforcement to complete petitions
- Serve as a liaison with internal and external providers and community agencies
- Track petitions, capture necessary information, and generate reports to optimize system performance
- Oversee the transfer of recipients to Level I facilities related to Court-Ordered Evaluations (COE) and amendments/revocations to Court-Ordered Treatment (COT)
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree in a field related to business or healthcare preferred
- 3+ years of administrative work experience, preferably in a healthcare setting
- Valid identification required; Notary Public certification a plus
