Job Overview

At Kaizen HR Solutions, LLC, we are seeking a skilled Procurement Manager to lead our procurement efforts. As a key member of our team, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the timely planning and purchasing of raw materials and packaging to support production schedules.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead strategic sourcing initiatives to drive cost-effective procurement while minimizing supply chain risks.
  • Analyze indirect spend data across multiple sites to optimize efficiencies and build scale within the organization.
  • Negotiate contracts to secure the highest value at the lowest cost for the company.
  • Foster strong relationships with key suppliers to ensure quality, reliability, and competitive pricing.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams in Operations, Maintenance, Quality, Engineering, and Logistics to ensure a smooth and efficient procurement process.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Procurement, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in a purchasing (direct/indirect spend) function.
  • A minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience in raw material procurement, with a strong understanding of supply chain dynamics and vendor management.
  • Demonstrated experience in developing and executing sourcing strategies across multiple sites, driving consistency, cost savings, and process improvements.

Compensation: The estimated annual salary for this role is $85,000 - $110,000 based on industry standards and location. We offer a competitive benefits package and opportunities for career development and advancement.
