Job Title: RN Labor and Delivery

We are seeking skilled and compassionate Registered Nurses to join our dedicated team in Kokomo, IN. This position is a 3-month onsite contract with a 12-hour shift schedule, 3 days a week, from 19:00 to 07:30.

About the Job

This role involves working in a Level II OB and special care nursery unit, providing care to patients in 8 labor beds, 12 postpartum beds, and 4 special care nursery beds.

Responsibilities
  • Implement and monitor individualized patient care plans.
  • Monitor, record, and communicate patient conditions as needed.
  • Serve as the primary coordinator of care, ensuring well-coordinated patient support.
  • Execute physician and nursing orders efficiently.
  • Assess and facilitate discharge planning alongside the healthcare team.
Requirements
  • 1-3 years of experience as an RN in Labor and Delivery.
  • Active RN License.
  • Certifications: Basic Life Support (BLS) and Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP).
  • Ability to provide 2 professional references.
  • Work authorization: Green Card or US Citizenship.
