We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Product Manager to join our Fulfillment by Amazon (FBA) team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for driving the development and launch of innovative products and tools that enable Amazon sellers to grow their businesses and reduce costs.
Key Responsibilities- Own a portfolio of seller-facing management tools from ideation to launch, working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure successful product delivery.
- Develop and write proposals and business plans, gaining approval from stakeholders and leadership to move plans forward.
- Collaborate with scientists, product managers, operations teams, user experience teams, and seller support teams to create product vision and roadmaps for tools used by third-party sellers.
- Work closely with scientists and software developers to build minimum viable products.
The FBA team focuses on driving seller growth and reducing costs for the fast-growing FBA business by effectively managing our supply chain. We work full stack, from foundational back-end systems to future-forward user interfaces, using various management science tools such as optimization, econometrics, machine learning, market/contract design, behavioral, and experimental sciences to solve novel problems at scale.
Requirements- Bachelor's degree
- 10+ years of technical product or program management experience
- Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition
- Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product
- Experience working directly with engineers on product enhancements
- Experience in project management methodologies, business analysis, or process improvement
