Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Baking and Cake Production: Bake all cakes according to our proprietary recipes and guidelines, ensuring consistency and quality in every product.
  • Inventory Management: Maintain par levels of cakes and create baking plans to ensure efficient production and minimize waste.
  • Frosting and Decoration: Prepare and apply frosting to cakes as needed, and decorate cakes to meet our brand's aesthetic standards.
  • Cleanliness and Sanitation: Maintain a clean and sanitized work environment, adhering to all health and safety regulations.
Requirements
  • Physical Stamina: Ability to lift 50 pounds and stand for long periods.
  • Teamwork: Collaborate with other team members to achieve production goals and maintain a positive work environment.
  • Attention to Detail: Ensure accuracy and quality in every product, adhering to our brand's high standards.
